The first night's payment (or payment in full for 1 night bookings) is required for the Bed and Breakfast and Bunkhouse rooms. We do not accept any provisional bookings.

All outstanding site fees must be paid on arrival.

For tents, hardstanding pitches, bunkhouse and bed and breakfast rooms we will refund any booking cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. For CL Site bookings we require 6 weeks’ notice. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. We are not liable for any refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We strongly recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.

Arrival

We will not accept late arrivals as it disturbs other campers so please leave sufficient travel time to arrive by 10.00pm.

You must check in at either the campsite shop, or at The Brotherswater Inn when the shop is closed before pitching on the campsite.

Consideration for other guests

Quiet hours on the site are between 11pm and 7.30am. We do not permit any activity during quiet hours that may disturb other campers. We are a rural site and have no areas where guests can congregate late at night. Anyone not observing quiet time will be told to leave the site.

The management reserves the right to ask persons to leave the site if they are not observing site rules or are creating a nuisance.

Dogs

The Management has discretion regarding the acceptance of dogs on the site, on the condition that the owner accepts full responsibility, keeps the dog on a lead at all times and walks the dog in the authorised area.

Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
