T & Cs for Duke of Edinburgh bookings
- All bookings must be made by a staff member or group leader. We do not permit students to make bookings.
- All fees must be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.
- We do not offer refunds or credit for any overpayments due to numbers of people decreasing within 30 days of arrival. If the booking date is within 30 days of your arrival date, payment must have been received before arrival at the campsite.
- Students and staff must abide by site policy.
- Students must respect site facilities and other campers. Large rucksacks are not permitted in the toilets and showers.
- Minibuses and large vehicles not being used as accommodation must be parked in the site’s overflow car park.
- Students and staff must keep food and rubbish stored inside their tents.
We do not accept Duke of Edinburgh bookings on bank holiday weekends.
