With confit sweet potato, sauteed wild mushrooms, sweetcorn and tarragon fritter, braised leeks and tarragon cream sauce
Cumbrian Venison Casserole
Slow-cooked pieces of venison with smoked pancetta, tomatoes and juniper, served with sweet potato fries and sautèed kale
10oz Rib-Eye Steak
Cooked to your liking and served with a grilled tomato, roasted field mushroom and either chips, mashed or new potatoes 
Gammon Steak
Grilled horseshoe gammon topped with pineapple and tomato and served with chips and a pot of peas
Pasta Bolognaise
Linguine pasta topped with minced beef in a homemade tomato sauce served with Parmesan shavings and garlic bread

Roast butternut squash, spring onions, rosemary new potatoes, smoked pancetta, sundried tomato tapenade and squash puree

Home beer-battered haddock served with chips and mushy peas
