Hand-diced steak cooked in Cumbrian ale with a puff pastry lid served with chips, mashed or new potatoes and vegetables

Oven-Baked Chicken Breast
Served with baby corn, wild mushroom and thyme gnocchi in a creamy pepper sauce with cripsy kale
Cumbrian Venison Casserole
Slow-cooked pieces of venison with smoked pancetta, tomatoes and juniper, served with sweet potato fries and sautèed kale
10oz Rib-Eye Steak
Cooked to your liking and served with red onion marmalade, grilled tomato, roasted mushrooms and either chips, mashed or new potatoes 
Gammon Steak
Grilled horseshoe gammon topped with pineapple and tomato and served with chips and a pot of peas
Pasta Bolognaise
Linguine pasta topped with minced beef in a homemade tomato sauce served with Parmesan shavings and garlic bread
Baked Herb Crusted Hake Fillet
Served with pesto-infused crushed potatoes, balsamic cherry tomatoes, peppered leeks and a citrus and prawn sauce
Fish and Chips
Home beer-battered haddock served with chips and mushy peas
Fennel, Feta and Leek Pie
Fennel, feta and leek in a creamy sauce with a puff pastry top served with vegetables and either chips, mashed or new potatoes
Butternut Squash and Chestnut Risotto
Butternut squash with a rosemary and roast chestnut risotto, served with a Parmesan crisp and watercress.
