Homemade chilli con carne served with nacho chips, sour cream and cheese
Oven-baked Camembert
Served with toast and homemade red onion marmalade
King Prawns
Pan fried and served with a garlic, butter and white wine sauce and a salad garnish


Lakeland Lamb Shank
Marinated lamb shank, served with mashed potatoes, vegetables and homemade gravy
Homemade Steak and Ale Pie
Hand diced steak cooked in Cumbrian Ale served with a puff pastry lid, chips, mashed or new potatoes and vegetables
Cumberland Sausage
Served with chips, mashed or new potatoes, vegetables and homemade gravy
Chorizo Chicken
Chicken breast stuffed with Chorizo sausage and wrapped in bacon, served with chips, mashed or new potatoes and vegetables, with a homemade tomato and harissa sauce
10oz Rib-Eye Steak
Cooked to your liking and served with red onion marmalade, grilled tomato and salad and either chips, mashed or new potatoes 
Gammon Steak
Grilled horseshoe gammon with pineapple and tomato, served chips with salad
Fish and Chips
Beer battered haddock fillet served with mushy peas
Haddock linguine 
Flaked smoked haddock with chive in a creamy white wine sauce with linguini pasta topped with parmesan served with garlic bread
Pasta Bolognaise
Linguine pasta with minced beef in a homemade tomato sauce served with Parmesan shavings and garlic bread
Duck Breast
Barbary breast served with lyonnaise potatoes, a shallot puree, vegetables and a red wine jus


Chicken and Tarragon
Slices of chicken breast, crispy bacon and croutons on a bed of mixed leaves drizzled with a tangy tarragon dressing

Fennel, Feta and Leek Pie
Fennel, feta cheese and leeks cooked in a creamy sauce with a puff pasty top served with vegetables and either chips, mashed or new potatoes.
Brotherswater Ratatouille
Diced halloumi cheese with fresh tomaotes, mixed mediterranean vegetables, olives and basil oil served with giant cous cous
